Henke Manufacturing’s Severe Duty Dozer Blade is the perfect tool for government agencies and contractors who fight packed snow all winter and move dirt all summer. Like most of Henke’s products, the SDDB was engineered in response to customer’s needs. Engineered for mounting on either a loader or motor grader, the Severe Duty Dozer Blade incorporates the structural strength needed for summer dozing with the curvature required for severe snow plowing. The Severe Duty Dozer Blade features a multiple box reinforced 48” tall steel moldboard with a full length 12” x 35lb/ft S&C horizontal channel center support and five vertical ribs. Hydraulically powered angling is generated with two 4” x 20 3/4” double acting cylinders providing infinite adjustments from 0-35 degrees left or right. The backplate is designed to fit most types of quick couplers and pin hitches, enabling the dozer blade to be used on a large variety of motor graders and wheel loaders.
